Our training mobility programs run for 25 intensive hours from Monday to Friday, with customizable options up to 40 hours upon institutional request.

While Infol Horizon España S.L. maintains a fixed recurring intake schedule across its 4 Learning Paths, we fully recognize that sending organizations may face specific administrative constraints, project deadlines, or national school calendar requirements.
In response to special bureaucratic or operational needs from sending institutions, Infol Horizon España S.L. is fully available to arrange extraordinary session weeks outside the standard schedule. Our team will work closely with your Erasmus+ coordination unit to customize the mobility dates while upholding the highest quality standards for training, logistics, and hospitality.

To ensure seamless planning for participating institutions, please note that no course sessions are held on Spanish national public holidays, traditional religious observances, or local municipal holidays in Seville and Madrid.
If an intake week coincides with a holiday, that session is either adjusted, suspended, or rescheduled. Specifically, our academic calendar accounts for the following non-working periods:
