This intensive Erasmus training course is designed to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to become effective mentors and coaches. Participants will explore the theoretical foundations of mentoring and coaching, develop essential communication and feedback techniques.

This 5-day program equips educators to lead professional growth through structured support.
Days 1–2: Foundations & Skills — Distinguishes mentoring (guidance) from coaching (facilitation). Focuses on building trust and psychological safety. Participants master active listening and “powerful questioning” to spark reflection rather than just giving advice.
Day 3: Frameworks — Introduces models like GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will). A hands-on workshop turns theory into practice using real-world case studies to tailor approaches to individual needs.
Days 4–5: Implementation & Culture — Shifts to school-wide impact. Covers program design, matching mentors, and measuring success. The finale emphasizes “reflective practice” and creates a personal action plan to sustain a coaching culture.
