This Erasmus training course empowers educators across Europe with the knowledge and skills to create inclusive classrooms that cater to the diverse needs of all learners. Over five days participants will explore a range of differentiation strategies, fostering a more engaging and effective learning experience for every student.

This 5-day program provides a roadmap for mastering Differentiated Instruction (DI) to meet diverse student needs.
Day 1: Foundations. Focuses on learning styles and the core principles of DI. It identifies common barriers — like time or resource constraints — and establishes DI as a tool for equity.
Day 2: Content. Strategies for “what” is taught. Includes tiered activities, learning stations, and varied materials to ensure multiple entry points for every student.
Day 3: Process. Focuses on “how” students learn. Covers flexible pathways, instructional variety, and using technology to personalize the pace and style of learning.
Day 4: Product. How students show mastery. Emphasizes student choice in assignments and uses formative assessment to provide growth-oriented feedback.
Day 5: Environment. Creating an inclusive culture. Focuses on collaboration, peer support, and a classroom climate where every learner feels valued.

Methodology & Assessment
Interactive lectures and discussions introduce key concepts with opportunities for questions and participant input. Experiential activities include skill-building practice with role-playing, simulations, and small group work. Case studies analyze real-life scenarios to understand challenges and effective practices.
Assessment is based on active participation in discussions and activities, short reflective writing exercises, and a final presentation of the designed mentoring/coaching program. The course also includes reflective practice (short writing exercises, journaling, and facilitated discussions for deeper learning), collaborative learning (group work and program design projects to promote teamwork and sharing), and cultural exchange (opportunities for sharing unique perspectives among participants from diverse backgrounds).
Materials, Digital Tools & Other Learning Resources
Participants receive a digital handbook with guides to cooperative learning structures, conflict resolution scripts, classroom posters, and presentations. An online platform will host all materials and facilitate the sharing of best practices among the European educators.
