This intensive course empowers educators to leverage technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences. Description
This 25-hour Erasmus course, delivered over 5 intensive days, is designed to equip European teachers with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary to effectively integrate digital tools and artificial intelligence into their daily teaching practices. In an era of rapid technological evolution, it is essential for educators to be able to make the most of the potential offered by digital technologies to make learning more engaging, personalized, and effective. The course will explore a wide range of practical applications, from software for creating interactive teaching content to platforms for classroom management, and the use of AI-based tools for assessment, personalization of learning paths, and automation of repetitive tasks.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify and evaluate a variety of digital tools suitable for different educational purposes.
- Design and implement lesson plans that integrate technology to promote active learning.
- Utilize digital tools to assess student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Foster collaboration and communication among students using online platforms.
- Navigate issues related to digital citizenship, online safety, and data privacy.
- Create digital content (e.g., presentations, videos, interactive activities) to enrich classroom instruction.
Methodology & Assessment
The course will adopt an interactive and participatory methodology, combining theoretical sessions with practical workshops, group discussions, case study analysis, and collaborative activities. Learning will be centered on the participants’ experience and their active involvement.
Practical workshops will provide the opportunity to directly experiment with the use of different digital tools and AI-based applications.
Assessment will be primarily formative and based on active participation in activities, completion of practical tasks, and reflection on their teaching practices. There will be no formal exams. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and develop an action plan for the integration of the technologies learned into their professional context. Continuous feedback will be provided to support their learning and professional growth.

Digital teaching materials, tutorials, practical guides, and links to online resources will be provided. Various digital tools and online platforms will be used for practical activities and collaboration.
